Initial Consultation:
During your first appointment you will fill out an initial consultation form that will ask you about your main health complaint, family history, and your present circumstances such as work, relationships and children.
We will then spend some time discussing your health goals and treatment options.
I will also observe your tongue and feel your pulse which is a diagnostic tool used in Chinese Medicine to help me understand your present state of health.
From this I will determine a Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol.
This will then be followed by your acupuncture treatment. Your acupuncture treatment may incorporate other techniques such as Tui Na (Chinese Massage Therapy), cupping, moxa (heat therapy), infra-red lamp, electro-acupuncture, herbal ointment or Gua Sha.
Lifestyle and dietary advice may also be recommended to help with the healing process.
Follow-up Treatments:
Your follow-up treatment will include a brief discussion on how you are feeling from your last treatment and any changes you have experienced.
This will then be followed by your acupuncture treatment.
It is important to understand that to get the best results and to achieve your health goals will usually require a series of treatments that will be discussed at your initial consultation.

The ideal timing for a fertility massage treatment is after your menstrual cycle, up to ovulation.
This may also be referred to as Maya Abdominal Massage

Add Acupuncture Treatment: 30 min added to the session - extra $55 to the session.
