Seed cycling is a fantastic addition to the diet to help increase fertility.  According to Chinese Medicine Food Therapy seeds can help balance the menstrual cycle, hormones and the reproductive system.

Flax and sesame seeds can help block excess estrogen, which is important for ovulation!

Sunflower seeds are high in selenium for liver detoxification.  We need a clean liver to have balanced hormones!

Pumpkin seeds supports progesterone release!

Phase 1 (Follicular Phase)

Day 1-14 of Menstrual Cycle

Every day take:

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground pumpkin seeds

Phase 2 (Luteal Phase)

Day 15 - 28 of your Menstural Cycle

Every day take:

  • 1 Tbsp ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp ground sesame seeds

Add the seeds daily to your meals such as porridge, quinoa, stews, greens smoothies or just by itself.
